General conditions:
> Any participant, either a partner or a sponsor may submit a request for holding of technical seminar.
> The aim of a seminar is to give complimentary useful skills (knowledge) for attendees.
> By "technical" is meant none company is allowed to promote itself during seminars.
> The selection of the seminars is done by the organizers.
> The maximum continuity of a seminar is 1 hour (included 15 min for questions).
> The preference is given to the creative and interesting themes or speakers.
> The theme of a seminar should respond to the theme of the Festival (computer science, computer engineering and telecommunications etc).
> Projector, computer and microphone for seminars are given by the organizers.
> Organizers reserve the right to distribute audio records and presentation materials of the seminars by WWW/FTP/CD/DVD.

For submitting a request for a seminar it is necessary to send email on the given address: seminar[at]decoded.org.ua. The body of the letter should contain the following data:
> name, surname (nickname optional) of a speaker;
> seminar theme;
> info about speaker;
> phone number and email of the speaker (this info is for organizers only);
> speaker’s place of work or study;
> seminar summary (up to 500 words);
> duration of seminar;
> link to the webpage of an author or a company (optional).

Deadline for submitting requests is April, 08th, 2006 (we still take seminars). Deadline for announcement of the selected seminars start in April, 10th, 2006
