> DE:CODED: RULES OF PARTICIPATION

Everybody can take part in the Festival as a participant (if he/she brings a computer) or an onlooker.

The entrance for participants or onlooker is FOR FREE. Yeah guys! It's real! At the entrance each participant gets the rules of the Festival, its schedule, questionnaire and additional materials.

It is strongly prohibited to:

1. Bring weapon at the Festival.
2. Bring alcohol or drugs or to be in alcoholic/narcotic intoxication at the Festival.
3. Smoke inside the place of Festival holding.
4. Use foul language to anybody.
5. Organizers have the right to make leave the Festival anybody who behaves incorrect and whose behaviour threatens other participant or Festival organization.
6. Take someone else's things, devices without participant�s permission. In case of robbery commitment or suspension organizers involve police and security to clarify the circumstances.
7. Vandalism and barbarism will be punished by refunding all the damages caused by person or a group of persons. If the identification of a guilty person is impossible, the appropriate sum of money will be refunded from the Prize Fund.
8. Use computer viruses, attack computers of other participants, attack local or global networks.
9. Distribute or use any materials of pornographic or violent character.
10. Bring additional electric devices (refrigerator, microwave oven, or mobile atomic power station which will turn our Festival into the pile of ash). The organizers are not responsible for possible failures in electricity supply network and their consequences.
11. To use more than 400 Watt of electric power.
12. To sell any products without permission (foodstuff, technical stuff, multimedia etc.)
13. To distribute any advertisement.
14. To bring and turn on the outer speakers.

The Festival will be guarded by a private security. Non-compliance with any of the above-mentioned rules gives organizers a right to make a disturber leave the Festival without warning. These rules are general and obligatory for any mass event. The fulfillment of the above-mentioned rules by all participants will help to avoid conflicts and unpleasant situations. We faithfully hope you will enjoy participation in our Festival as much as we did during its organization.

Tips

1. You can easily recognize an organizer by special T-shirt and personal badges. If you have any questions don�t hesitate to ask organizers or security.
2. Do not leave money, cameras, cell-phones and other valuable stuff. Organizers are not responsible for participants� and onlookers� stuff. Ask your neighbors to keep an eye on your things during your absence.
3. If you become a witness of some violation (robbery, act of vandalism, fight) � immediately inform organizers or security.
4. In case everybody will have to evacuate, do not panic, and go calmly to the nearest exit. Do not push another people. Follow the stream of people. Do not take your computer � it will hinder normal evacuation. Listen and to follow all the instructions of organizers, security and firemen. If you see the fire � immediately push the fire-alarm button and inform organizers or security.

What to bring with you

1. Your student ID, passport or any other identity card.
2. If you are under 18 - written parents� permission.
3. If you are participant � computer with a netcard for twisted-pair cable 10/100 Mb or Wi-Fi adapter.

Organizers are not responsible either for participants� actions or software and hardware they use.
